全自动升降柱的内部构造

全自(zi)动(dong)升降(jiang)(jiang)柱(zhu)其实就是将微(wei)型(xing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)系统(tong)内置升降(jiang)(jiang)柱(zhu)体(ti)(ti)内,全自(zi)动(dong)升降(jiang)(jiang)柱(zhu)系统(tong)采(cai)用的是小型(xing)大扭矩电机,通(tong)过一个(ge)(ge)集(ji)成阀件的连(lian)接块和(he)齿(chi)轮(lun)泵与油箱(xiang)相互连(lian)接,随之和(he)一体(ti)(ti)化液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)缸装配构成一个(ge)(ge)完整(zheng)的微(wei)型(xing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)系统(tong)。实现了电能(neng)—机械能(neng)—液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)能(neng)—机械能(neng)的完整(zheng)转换过程,真正完成了微(wei)型(xing)机电、液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)一体(ti)(ti)化系统(tong),随之把(ba)该液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)系统(tong)通(tong)过结构组件安装在升降(jiang)(jiang)柱(zhu)体(ti)(ti)内,让每一个(ge)(ge)全自(zi)动(dong)升降(jiang)(jiang)柱(zhu)都是一个(ge)(ge)独立(li)单元,相比使(shi)用中央(yang)液(ye)(ye)(ye)压(ya)(ya)动(dong)力(li)站(zhan)驱动(dong)还有机电驱动(dong)。
